What can we expect?
I always schedule a call with my clients before booking to ensure that we are the absolute best fit for each other and to gain a thorough understanding of what you envision for your special day. I believe in a collaborative process where your ideas and dreams are at the forefront. I want to know exactly how you see your day unfolding and the atmosphere you wish to create. To achieve this, we’ll have multiple conversations before your wedding, ensuring that every detail is perfectly aligned with your vision. I am always just an email or call away, ready to answer any questions or to discuss any amazing ideas you’d like to incorporate into your celebration. Your day is unique, and my goal is to make sure it is captured in a way that truly reflects your love story.
When will we receive our images?
I always strive to deliver my clients’ galleries within 6 weeks, ensuring that you can relive the beautiful moments of your special day as soon as possible. During particularly busy times, it might take a little longer, but I guarantee that no one will ever wait more than 12 weeks for their images. I take pride in providing a timely and reliable service, allowing you to enjoy your memories without undue delay. Your satisfaction and excitement to see your photos are my top priorities, and I work diligently to meet those expectations while maintaining the highest quality in every image.
Do we get all of our photos?
I take a lot of photos on your wedding day, capturing every moment and detail. However, there are some shots you don’t want to see think, eyes shut or blurry hugs. To ensure your gallery reflects the best moments, I carefully cull through all the images and select the very best ones. Each chosen image is then individually edited until it’s perfect and seamlessly fits into your gallery. My goal is to provide you with a collection of photos that beautifully tells the story of your day, showcasing the joy and love in every frame.
How long do you keep our photos for?
All your photos will be securely stored in your online gallery, where you can easily view and share them with loved ones. They will remain available there until you are notified otherwise. This ensures that you have ample time to enjoy your images and download them at your convenience. Your memories are precious, and I want to make sure you can access them whenever you wish.
